CSV Import problem

Hey,

   I have not had the chance to import .csv files any info since the implementation of the market.

   Before, I had no problem. I made a file in Excel 2013, then I used the save as function and selected comma delimited.

   I am doing the same thing and now I get a error message saying that my file is not a text version.

   Anyone running into that problem? any fixes?
