It is called Raiding Camps, Chaos,Quest, 0, 3, n/a, n/a,n/a, Quest. Action: When this card enters play, draw a card.

Quest. Action: When you play a Chaos non-Attachment support card from your hand, destroy target support card in a zone with no units if a unit is questing here.

I found an error in Bleeding Wall. Trigger is a corrupted Chaos unit and you can remove 2 resource tokens and not 3 for the other effect.

I found an other error.
Shaggoth costs 5 in place of 6 and needs 3 loyalty icons instead of 4

Thanks for the error reports, I've fixed [whi]The Bleeding Wall[/whi] and [whi]Shaggoth[/whi].

I've also uploaded the scans and imported Ream of the Phoenix King.

Still some questions though, as I have spoilers and info and scans from many places, and I'm not sure which information is final and which is playtesting stuff. Can someone clearly confirm that all the image scans are the correct version from the final product? If so I will correct the current mistakes (I assume Pageant of Shrikes is not printed, but instead we have Warhawk Rider. Same for Ratling Gun and Ancient Stegadon. And in Realm of the Phoenix King Chakax is actually Skavenslaves.)

If the scans are the real cards then there are some errors:

Inflame costs 1 + 3 loyalty
Star Dragon costs 10

Some cards need to have their traits corrected. Here are some that have Battlefield or Battlefield only as traits:
Snotling Pump Wagon, Naggaroth Spearmen, Vicious Marauder, Giant Spider, War Machine Emplacement, Corpse Cart, Higher Ground.
Also there are no traits such as Kingdom, Quest, Destruction only, Order only, Limited, Necromancy, Savage 2, Toughness 1, Toughness 2 and Warmachine.

You could use the octgn definition file for the capital cycle. It includes all information, like costs, loya, race, and so on. The latest twenty entries are relevant for you (I guess ID 61 to 80)
