Hi!

Well i made this trade with user Wo1olo 1 moth and a half ago. He did send first due to low feedbacks, everything was fine, received the cards and all. Did send my cards then he say he never received them. Then he became a suspended member. Can i cancel the trade for obvious reasons. The chance that he did receive my cards are highly probable. How to proceed?

In the trade menu, I would open up a support/dispute ticket to let the admins know. They can help from there.

Did that, but still nothing yet.

It might take the team a few days to get to it. It is not hurting anything, so just wait for the deadline and someone will hopefully be with you.
