Topic: H: My Collection (some valuable cards in a Imgur links) W: 450-650 USD

Hello, I've been playing Magic for almost 7 years now since first discovering it at sleep-away camp. Last week I was accepted into my dream college and am now, after slowly losing interest in the game [not a lot of time anymore sad ], I'm looking to sell my collection.
I have FoW alliances/MM3 Goyf/MM2 Bob/ Stoneforge/ MM3 snappy/ EMA mana crypt/Spellskite/foil entomb/some shocks/fetches foil Watery grave/sensei's top/ Grim Flayer/ Voice/ and a lot (a lots of $5-15 here and there) of other things I'm trying to get rid off of how much should I expect assuming all are somewhere between MP-LP? I'm looking for somewhere between $430-600 total (My very generous calculation https://imgur.com/gallery/UXosY (30% and an extra $42 off) for the whole lot including a large box of unsorted bulk a play mat and deck box. Anything???

Thanks it means a lot to me that someone is reading this. From slapping down Skaab Runiators on lunchroom tables to playing my first lightning bolt magic has greatly changed my life and a lot of these cards once held sentimental value to me- just want to assure that I am doing everything right. Thanks for reading!

EDIT heres a pic of some cards I just found from my former EDH I think they are worth a pretty penny or two I'd include those too!

IMO you should enter these all into a tcg list or deckbox.

Agree- I’m interested, but it’s really hard to figure out exactly what’s in the collection to give a fair price based on those photos alone- could you add them to your deckbox inventory?

Looking just at what is posted on deckbox, filtering from $3 and up, you have roughly $430 in value here. Individual sales take a long time, bulk sales are going to be asking for a 20-30% off that price to pick up cards they don't necessarily want. I would suggest asking for highest offer, but reserve for $325. You are not going to move this many cards, in the condition they are in, for anywhere near the actual value, all at once.

As far as bulk rares go, .10 a card is normal. Playmats and deckboxes are best kept, they will at least be a memory and starting point for you when/if you decide you want back into MTG. Ultimately, unless you are hurting for the space or the cash, selling this many cards is a huge mistake.

If you can't play now, hold onto them, many of them will be worth significantly more, and you may need the money then. If you need the money, post a lot sale on Ebay with higher quality images and detailed conditions of which cards are damaged.

Good luck with whatever you choose.

Agreed. Moving this many cards mean you take a pretty big hit all together. Might be worth your while to try local FB group sales and offer some %below TCG. Moving the valuable stuff shouldn't be difficult.
