Guilds of Ravnica - Pre-, Release, Store Championship info

In this topic you find all info you need to know about the new set Guilds of Ravnica and the connected Pre-, Release, and Store Championship.

>> PRE-RELEASE EVENTS

- First time to play with the new cards;
- You get a pack with 6 boosters + D20 + foil promo rare/mythic, those are yours!;
- We each build a deck of 40 cards (of which 15-18 lands) and battle each other in 3 or 4 rounds (depending on number of players);
- Boosters as prizes! Win a match, win a booster!

We will have 4 Pre-Release events!
1. Friday 28 September at 23:59 - The famous Midnight Pre-release
2. Saturday 29 September at 12:00
3. Saturday 29 September at 17:00
4. Sunday 30 September at 12:00.

Participation fee:
1 event: 120 RON (Normal price)
2 events: 220 RON (20 Ron Discount)
3 events: 320 RON (40 Ron Discount)
4 events  400 RON (80 Ron Discount)
* no double discounts for bringing friends
* multi-event discounts only apply if the same person plays all paid events

Reserving specific Guild packs:
- You may reserve specific guild-packs
- Max 2 of the same in 4 events
- If reserved a guild, you can not change it
- If no guild reserved, you may choose on the spot from what's available.

Guilds:
- Izzet (Blue-Red)
- Golgari (Green-Black)
- Selesnya (Green-White)
- Dimir (Black-Blue)
- Boros (Red-White)

PLAYERS WHO PRE-REGISTER (and pay) WILL RECEIVE PRIORITY
Pre-Registering can be done by announcing which events you wish to attend at. You may do this by: Verbal announcement at MTG events, Deckbox Forum reply on this post or informing Herman in any other way.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 16 players per event!

> RELEASE EVENTS

- From Friday September 5th, Gulds of Ravnica is officially for sale and legal to be played in constructed formats.
- On the Release, we will play a Booster Draft.
- More info about Booster Draft in Magic HERE
- Boosters as prizes! Win a match, win a booster! (only applies for the last 3 rounds, in case we play more than 3 rounds)
- Special foil promo card for each participant!

We will have 2 Release events!
1. Friday 5 Oktober: 19:00
2. Saturday 6 Oktober: 17:30*
Participation fee: 60 RON, or 50 Ron for the second event, if you also played the first.

> STORE SCHAMPIONSHIP

(ex. Game Day)
Once everybody got used to the new cards and owns a couple, its time to put them to practice. To celebrate there will be a Store Championship event, where you can play Standard with the new cards in your deck! Also for participating you receive awesome promo cards.
- Boosters as prizes! Win a match, win a booster!
- The Winner of the Store Championship event gets to show off his or her skills forever with a special Playmat!

We will have 1 Store Championship event!
- Friday 28 December 19:00
- Participation fee: 30 RON
- We play 3 or 4 SWISS rounds + top 4.

Basic Rules that apply to Pre-Release, Release and GameDay events
* Pre-Release-, Release- and Store Championship events are subject to the Le&Le Games Event Policy
* All event participants have to comply with the Le&Le Games house rules. Pre-Release events are an exception to the entry fee membership rule.

When pre-registering you have to announce which pre-release event you wish to participate at.
You may announce which Guild you like to play, then we reserve a kit. Otherwise you can choose on the spot from the available kits.
