Topic: Cheapest way to ship with tracking?

The only way I know to track mailing is with Canada Post's registered mail, which charges $8.50 within canada and a steep $15.25 internationally. Are there any cheaper alternatives?

Not that I know of at this time. That's why most people recommend the tracking only on higher priced trades and the like.

I was hoping maybe with Paypal shipping, but I don't know if that's only for US because the option isn't showing up on my account and I asked their support about it and no response.
