Hey everyone. I have a situation that I'm not sure how to handle. I received some cards today that were packaged in a plain white envelope (which is fine on my part), but the individual didn't tape up the top loader. The cards came out and are totally jacked up and bent now. How do I handle something like this or can anything be done about it?

Contact the guy, show him pictures and reasonable ask for it to be resolved by him. Jacked up cards aren't acceptable, but they aren't the end of the world.
