Seller Confirmation

Is there any way that sellers could agree to an offer before the buyer sends payment and the card is removed from inventory? I recently had an occurrence where somebody bought a card that was already pending in a trade that was agreed to and addresses exchanged. I'd also like to ensure that I definitely have a card before receiving payment as inventory is not always 100% accurate. Other than that, love the new system!
