if I filter my inventory by rarity I get wrong results. For example: I've Charging Rhino "M15" in my inventory. It's a common card in "M15". But if I filter by rarity = rare it's in the results, I think because it's a rare card in "Portal".

Yes, that is exactly why. In fact, it was also printed in Tempest as an uncommon, so it would make it through that filter, as well. This is a known issue (I've seen posts about it before), though I don't know what, if anything, they plan to do about it. Seems like it would be a simple job to split the Rarity filter into "Rarity Owned" and "Rarity Printed" just like the edition does, but I'm no programmer so maybe it's not as simple as all that.
