I can do local trades in Toronto and mail trades anywhere else in North America.  Cards will be packed in penny sleeves and top loaders and I expect the same.  I am only interested in English, non-foil cards.  Signature confirmation, tracking and insurance negotiable depending on the cash amount of the trade. If your feedback score is less than 25, you send first unless I offer to simulsend.  If you have negative feedback, you send first. Period.
