This is what i do with mailing:
Under $20: cards go in a sleeve and a top loader and are mailed in a standard envelope with a stamp.

Over $20 cards go in a sleeve and a top loader and are mailed in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation.

Over $100 cards go in a sleeve and a top loader and are mailed in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation and insurance.
