I'm looking to build out some of my first Modern decks and trading for particular cards to do so.  Most of what I am looking for are actually rather low value. I trade to play, not collect, and am therefore often 'trading down.'

For anything under $10, I ship in a plain wait envelope, top loader and penny sleeve (as per the Tolarian Community College procedure).  These will not come with confirmation.

For higher values, there will be a penny sleeve, top loader, bubble mailer and delivery confirmation.
