What I like about this deck is Jeleva can exile other people's instant/sorcery spells but then you can cast them at any time later in the game when she attacks. As Jeleva costs more to cast (with Commander tax) then she will keep exiling more and more cards from everyone, giving more opportunity to cast more spells.

Also, plenty of high CMC spells which either have their costs reduced by other cards or you just play them straight without paying their cost using Jeleva.
