[u]Basic Idea[/u]
I loved [[Nivix Cyclops]] when it came out, and now that I had the time for it I wanted to built a pauper version around this guy.

[u]Tests[/u]
The deck was tested against some of my own pauper decks, using Cockatrice or XMage. A sideboard, even if one would have been available, was not used.
