Currently have about 120 Cards (40 land spots held) and looking to cut down, remove those that don't make sense, add some that do, and then fix the mana base. Any suggestions are welcome.

I'd take out Godo, Bandit Warlord and Luminate primordial.
You have a lot of haste. Maybe too much of it.
If you get down to it, find ways to cheat your bigger guys in.
I'd say 40 lands is a bit high, but it's all preference. I've found 36 to be enough, and I often go lower than that.
