You are relying too much on Show and Tell to get your large creatures out. Increase the odds with Hypergenesis or Elvish Piper.

Show and Tell is kind of a backup/secondary plan. I have however cast SnT on turn 3 to get a Primeval titan out to get the mana to hardcast Emrakul.

Check out this decklist that placed first at an SCG Open this year: http://sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=52286
