Notes

The purpose of this deck is to disturb your opponents actions by killing his most valuable units, and slowly bring down his deck with the discard options provided in this deck.

Your main resource generator should be the Alluring Chosen.
In combination with Dark Abyss and the killing power of the Vile Sorceress and Offering to Hekarti (which can all be triggered at the beginning of your turn), you are sure to get plenty of resources.

Be sure to get the quest out as soon as possible and as often as possible. Walking Sacrifice helps a lot in terms of loyalty costs (play Walking Sacrifice, Offering to Hekarti and another Walking Sacrifice on top of the Quest FOR FREE!!)

Now you have the tools to decimate your opponent´s troops.

To trigger the quest use The Vile Sorceress, Seasoned Corsairs or the Wight Lord. Wight Lord can be reused by sacrificing him via Slave Pen and then revive him with his Necromancy feature or Raise Dead.
Raise Dead seems to be the better option, because of it being cheaper than Necromancy and the synergy bonuses with the Plague Monk.

Which leads us to the discard part of this deck.

With one or two Plague Monks in your kingdom, you can hurt your opponent in multiple ways:

By killing one of his units with a spell (e.g. Sacrifice to Khaine), you will trigger the quest, force your opponent to discard some cards from his deck and as a bonus, Alluring Chosen is also getting more powerful.

Note: ALL Tactics in this deck are spells "evil grin"

Witch Hags combined with Chillwind, and your Frenzied Witch Elves should do the rest.
