This will be changing at some point, but I think the biggest issue is the odd lands, which really slows this deck down. It could also use 2 more Spiritdancer, 2 more Rancors, and one more of both the Hopeful and Leafcrown. This would require dropping the Lightning talons and possibly the Observent Alseids.
I am trying to find a modern replacement for the ethereal armor since the Hyena Umbra serves the same purpose and two instances of first strike is a waste.
