So the plan is set up Notion Thief + Teferi's Puzzle Box + Jace's Erasure, so that when you pass the turn they put their hand on the bottom of their library, you get to draw that many cards, then they mill that many cards.  They don't have a hand the rest of the game and you are drawing a new one every turn to keep things in order.

Also no one will ever play around Timeshifted black Fog.
