    I was thinking you could possibly replace Power Artifact, though it gets rid of one of your infinite mana combos, I think with the Voltiac Construct combo has more versatility granted you need 3 cards instead of 2, but one is your commander which is usually available to you.  Also, not sure how attached you are to the Swiftfoot Boots, unless you are using it for the hexproof.  The haste improves only the 2 critters with tap abilities.  Thos are my ideas, my understanding of everything isn't nearly as complex though. :)
