-1 Dispel, +1 Imp's Mischief.  Mischief hits all the same targets as Dispel, minus a few random things like Cryptic Command in Counter/Bounce mode and a Path to Exile of a control deck when no other targets are present.  Overall it's considerably stronger and presents a powerful tempo swing for the cost of 1-2 life and an extra mana, which is something this deck can greatly appreciate.  It also hits many sorcery speed removal and disruption spells as well.
