I'll ship anywhere, so long as we make the trade worth the postage.
Note that I probably won't want to trade for most standard cards ~$2+, because I play casual only, and will wait for them to rotate. Those on my wishlist are more reminders than items I'm actively seeking right now.
I've been a casual player since 1997. I don't play competitively. It goes nearly without saying that I'm a fan of EDH (being a casual player), but I also have over 20 other constructed decks, so I've got plenty of decks to maintain and get cards for.
