Just trying to build out (or bling out) decks and do some collecting along the way.

I’m normally ok with balancing on Deckbox, TCG Market, or TCG Low but TCG Low is my preference, so if we use another measure I’ll usually also check that to be sure we’re not too far off.

I don’t have a PWE-Tracked bubble mailer threshold.  I’m good with matching whatever you do.
