Yes, that is the exact reason actually. It is not that I feel they should be worth that as of current, it is just that it is the only way I will trade for them right now since there is an expected price drop coming with the release.

imho you should say the reduced prices you want, instead of waiting for a trade to come and tell them what you want for it. it'll save a step in your hunt for cards.
