As it says im looking to trade a Dragonlord Silumgar (Foil) in NM/M condition for a Narset Transcendent also in NM/M condition.
To sweeten the deal I'll also throw in a ojutai's command.
So Dragonlord Silumgard + ojutai's command for Narset Transcendent
