Why do I no longer have the "add cards" or other tools at the top right on my inventory? I can't add cards or export a CSV decklist? What is going on. Even after I log out and log back in I can no longer add cards or decks.

Hmm, still works ok for me. What browser are you using? Maybe there was a browser update that messed something up.

The tech support at Deckbox was able to sort it out. Yea and thank you to the support team. Only a few hundred more cards and my entire collection is in the database!
