This card is odd. At first you'd call it an obvious fake because it shouldn't exist:

• Rathi Dragon
• Black Bordered
• Foil
• 9th Edition Logo

But since I can easily find images of 9th Edition black border Rathi Dragon (non foil), and really why fake a Rathi Dragon from 9th? So I figured I'd take a closer look.:

• I compared the back with a real card, and I spotted no differences... PASS
• I looked at the black border through magnifying glass for evidence of printing... PASS
• I shone a light through the card, and it was translucent... PASS
• I bend it over end to end to test card stock... PASS

I'm not going to tear it in half :P

Soooo, I can't find clear evidence of it being a fake, nor when and where this was supposed to be released. Do you guys know where it came from?

Foils from white bordered sets have black borders.

hes right, if the regular set is white bordered, the foils in that set are black bordered. It is more than likely legit.
