Finally found & fixed a years-old bug with the "remember me" checkbox for logins, where it would not actually correctly remember the logins when using multiple devices or browsers at the same time. You should properly stay logged in now.

Also fixed sorting of inventories & other sets by "count in built decks".

GRN fixes: (thanks FastTadpole for for very detailed bug reports!)
- hybrid mana fixed for many cards, should properly show now
- split cards should correctly have the name of both sides in the name and properly show the tooltips
- guild kits and fnm extras should properly have edition symbols shown in listings now
