I log in, my accounts suspended. No notifications or reasons. Is this a regular thing with deckbox? Besides filling out a support ticket, is there anything else I can do to clear my name?

A person on my friends list is being accused of scamming. With no notice my account was suspended. I put in a support ticket to ask why and the response I got was that we were friends on this site and that we lived in the same city (the correct terminology used by support was "neighbors"). I have nothing to do with this individual other than an acquaintance I see around the local magic scene. I have done a couple trades with this person and have had no problems.

I have canceled my premium service and will no longer be using this site.

Please be careful using this site. If this person did scam a bunch of people and the site's only recourse is to bother others on their friends list....
