I have a message from someone on Deckbox, according to my e-mail. How do I access my messages? When I click on 'Messages' on the left, all I get is old support case and an old dispute. Is this a paid feature or something?

The email should have a link to whatever place you have a new message on, be it on a trade, or support case.

If it's a direct message that you received from someone, those are email-only, so you just reply to the email to continue the conversation there. This is indeed a confusing feature and I might need to change it at some point :)
