I, too, can report some missing CMM double-sided Tokens:
04 / 36 Bird // Spider
35 / 53 Saproling // Emblem: Teferi, Temporal Archmage

I also noticed discrepancies between listed double-sided Tokens from ONE and my physical collection:
#16 Cat // Phyrexian Mite
#19 Samurai // Phyrexian Mite
#28 Phyrexian Beast // Phyrexian Mite
#43 Emblem: Koth, Fire of Resistance // Phyrexian Mite
The "Phyrexian Mite" side of these tokens are listed as #11 (White colored Mite token) but my physical tokens are all #12 (black colored Mite token).
I don't know if there are two versions of theses tokens (one for each Mite color?).
I also don't know if these four are the only ones where the physical token doesn't match the listed token or if all double-sided Mite tokens are affected (that would add: #20, #24, #30, #33, #36, #39, #40 and #44)

On further double-sided Token discrepancies: Commander 2020 Elemental Token
#20 Angel // Elemental
#33 Elemental // Kraken
both list #10 as the Elemental Token (which is the same as my physical tokens) but the artwork is that of #3 Elemental.
The should be the Red 3/1 but the artwork shows the White 4/4 Elemental.
