While it does appear that a Pre-Release card does exist, this is a promo. See link above.

Just came across my copy of Lazav, the Multifarious from Murders at Karlov Manor Commander (MKC #0214). It is printed as a Mythic, however the site currently reflects it as Rare.

Found another: Hydroid Krasis from Murders at Karlov Manor Commander (MKC 0212). It is printed as a Rare, however the site currently reflects it as Mythic Rare.

EDIT: I think this may actually just be a site limitation as some versions of both cards are printed as Mythic and some are printed as Rare.
