Rules:
1. You are bidding on a Revised Tropical Island. It's inbetween nm/sp in my opinion, but still nonetheless, one of the best conditions I've seen in awhile. It just has some white nicks on the back at the corners.
2. The minimum bid starting will be 25pts.
3. I will update 2-3 times a day of the winning bid. I will give 1.5x for foil versions. I expect all cards used to bid in NM/M condition unless otherwise noted to me and I've given a reduced pt total for the particular card.
4. Bidding ends at midnight 4/20/12, central time. Winner will be expected to contact me within 24 hours of auction close via forum email. Bidder pays for their own shipping of cards.

this seems overly complicated.

I'll bid 25 pts consituted by a lili, swff, snapcaster, and sulfur falls which is conditional on you taking better photos lol.

I say that because it looks much closer to sp with the backside showing noticeable edge wear at the top/left/right with a funky bottom left corner and what looks to be odd bits of whitening across the back top half's center as well....what's up with that white line on the almost dead center of the right? Take the sleeve off, put it under a lamp, and take 2 new pics! :)

I'm also fine paying for your shipping as you've requested, but as my cards are nm, I'm going to want you to send should I win unless you put up some better pics!! :P

I meant, you're responsible for shipping your own cards. I'm fine with shipping the Tropical Island on my own dollar.

I agree, this seems unnecessarily complex and I'm concerned about possibly losing out on other offers while my cards are wrapped up in this for so many days.

My guess is that all of those cards are standard, so their value is only temporary.
