I would prefer to do trades around $10, but TCG avg for Commander Mother of Runes is about $4.36. I would possibly do it for 4 tix and some commons and uncommons if possible.

As a heads up, it is unlikely you'll get 4 tix for a mother of runes. Tickets equate to real life money, and generally when players sell their cards, they aren't getting retail price. Because if they were, the buyer is likely to just buy from, well, a retailer.

Yeah online prices are generally quite a bit lower. If you look at MTGOTraders website you can kind of base your prices off that, but they even tend to be more towards the top of the price range on a lot of the bigger cards.
