You also didn't state in the terms that you'd pay prior to receipt of the cards. That does make a difference.

I find that he is giving reasonable offers. As I just sold some stuff to him and he paid very quickly.

No, I understand completely, and I don't take any offense. I think the difference is you would have to go to 5-7 different stores just to get a dollar or two more and pay for shipping. I think what I am offering is quick cash with no hassle, that is competitive with major buylists at least.

I watched him sit down to play for top 8 in a modern PTQ vs a jund player. Jund dude's shit was all foiled and signed.

Stephen makes a comment about it being an expensive deck (the jund one). Dude replies "Yeah.. 2500 or so".

End of the round, stephen drops 12 guru islands. (easily $2500)
In addition to the foil cryptics, foil aether vials.. etc.

Guru's are just a fad land though. I assume the guy got them when they were $10 a peice. The art is fantastic don't get me wrong, they're just the most well known "limited land". My guess is the EURO/PAC lands are going to go the same route, as most people don't know about them yet. Especially that apanese plains. Damn, you sexy plains.
