I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do about someone not leaving feedback? The trade was completed on both ends, but when I received the other person's card, they looked terrible because they slid out of the toploader due to bad packaging. The other individual responded and ordered replacements from Star City and had them shipped to me. I gave him great feedback for fixing things and thanked him...however, I guess he's upset about the situation and refuses to give me feedback or respond to me now. I don't want a trade hanging out with no feedback...I'm afraid people will question trading with me because of it. Is there anything at all that can be done about this?

Just send a friendly reminder to them after a week or two goes by. If they choose not to leave any feedback and anyone is skeptical, you can always explain the situation. Technically it's "neutral" feedback if they choose not to say anything.
