Master of Waves just spiked to 20+ but still shows $9 on here. :lol:
Someone please tell me why?
Looks to have been in some decks that did well at state championship levels

Don't expect it to last. Judging by the copies available on TCGPlayer, it looks like a buyout.
And nothing is left at starcity, even with the cost at 15
