Centering is off a bit, but generally a miscut will grossly miscut - i.e. the card next to it will be visible or >80% of the border is on one side of the card. That being said, you might find someone to give you a couple extra bucks for that card. Here is a great place online to find all sorts of misprints, miscuts, and other weird stuff.
