That is 1.37 USD for each land, we can buy them at a shop for 1.00 USD or less. We can also buy sets of 20 from a shop for 15.00 USD.

You can buy em wherever you want, that's okay. I simply compare with CFB, SCG and MCM. Those sites list the full-art versions between $0.99 and $2.49 So I think Euro 20,- for a set is normal.

How much for all of them?

If you buy all, they'll be Euro 1,- each (including Islands) and I will ship insured and pack them in 2 fatpack collector boxes at my expense.
I'll have to count how many I have, but it'll be about 1000.
