When I select "will only trade within my continent" in my profile, I only get users from the US and Australia.
Also, Iceland is still considered to be in the "Arctic Region" in Trading Oppurtunities.

Edit: Messed around a bit more. Turns out that if I don't use Worldwide, I only see US and AUS on the front page and only Iceland in Trade Oppurtunities.
