SALES NOTES:

1. You must have a confirmed shipping address on file with Paypal . Paypal FAQ can explain how to confirm your mailing address by linking a card or bank account tied to the same address. Payments from unconfirmed addresses will be refunded.

2. I only sell within the U.S. No Canada or international.

3. For orders at $5 and under before shipping I will immediately refund $1.27 (off my standard $1.93 shipping rate) so you are not overpaying on untracked shipping.

For orders above $5 before shipping , I charge $1.93 for shipping unless so many cards are ordered that the total weight of the package bumps up the shipping rate.

4. I only accept Paypal "commercial payment." Please do not send "personal gift payments." I have no problem paying the 4% fee.

I'm learning. Updated shipping policy to make buying one cheap card more realistic.

I am open to discussing shipping rates inside the U.S. However I will have to insist on the $1.93 shipping rate for any order I'm not comfortable shipping without tracking due to its total value.
