$13.98 x 3 = $41.94
With Logan's offer of $38 you save $3.94 assuming he covers shipping on his end.
This is not an insanely good offer, nor is is an unreasonably bad one. If someone is in the market to buy the angels, this is a fine deal.
Verdict: Plausible.
I would obviously be willing to add other stuff into the trade, but this is the main thing I am looking to do right now.
I am also looking to make a five color fatty EDH deck, so there are quite a few things I would like to pick up for that. If you have any interesting fatties, I would love to pick up any that I don't have. I also need EVERY WAY TO CHEAT THEM IN EVER! I just picked up a sneak attack, but still need show and tell, aether vial, tooth and nail, defense of the heart, summoner's egg, clone shell, dream halls, wargate, plus all the others that I forgot. Once I get a deck list set I will add things to my wishlist, but for now I would be content to just look through lists.
Yeah, rafiq is also a fine commander. Someone above linked all the bant possibilities. Jenara is a nice mana sink so that you can leave up counter spell mana or whatever and then just dump it all into her instead. Rafiq is quite a power-house but he is also pretty threatening. He often threatens turn 5 or 6 kills, so if you JUST want the colors he might not be the best choice.

Stoic angel isn't legendary though, so you can't use her unfortunately. I have seen Jenara used to great effect in those colors.
If you are more a green blue guy then go that route. I think you will have to cut a color either way, if you want to go with a fully thematic deck. But let's be real, green is WAY more powerful than white. White gives you board wipes, but green gives you RAMP. I personally would use Prime speaker as your commander and then just keep an eye open for white cards if you want to expand later.

One of my trades fell through so a few of the big cards are back up for grabs.
I have managed to trade off most of my more valuable cards, but I still have some good stuff in the small-medium value range. I would like to make some trades happen where both parties pick up a lot of the small things they need to build decks. For me that is EDH stuff, but I have some EDH as well as standard stuff I am willing to trade. I would still like these trades to add up to a decent amount, but I am planning on shipping in envelopes with stamps, so small trades are still doable.
Also please ask if there are commons/uncommons you need for a standard deck. I have a lot from drafting Innistrad through Gatecrash. I really should get around to updating these to my tradelist but currently they are just sitting in boxes waiting to be traded to you!
If you want to buy something in my tradelist, shoot me a price and we can haggle it out. I am typically open to selling just about anything.
Finally, I still need one last scalding tarn to finish off my fetchland playsets. If you have one, let me know and I can probably pull something out of a deck to make it worth your while. I would really like to get one more deathrite shaman to finish off my playset if anyone has one. I am also picking up foil shocklands (2 reg + extra for 1 foil). I am trying to get a set of foil supreme verdicts (pack foil not promo) if anyone has one for trade. I am trying to get my last scalding tarn. If you have a spare for trade let me know and I will possibly pull stuff out of decks to trade for it.
