Interested in those 3 plus something else you need from me for a Sorin?
This would normally be fine but I just shipped to Canada and it cost me $6.55 for a trade that was worth $15. I would really rather not go down that road again if at all possible. If you are interested in making the trade bigger or otherwise more worth the shipping cost, let me know. 
I picked this up awhile back thinking I was trying to break into legacy. I have since decided it would be more logical to pick up the fetches first, as you can always fetch for basics or shocks in a pinch. I have also decided to pick up the Zen fetches up first since that way I can play modern, and start working on the onslaught fetches next.
The underground Sea is moderately played if memory serves me, and I can get pictures up later on. Front is in great shape, but the back is showing noticeable wear.
The fetchlands I still need are:
2x scalding tarn
3x misty rainforest
Based on TCG prices, an MP unlimited Unground Sea is going for $150. I would like to get a little more for mine since it is probably slightly above MP condition AND I am breaking it down. But this is pretty much perfect since this is roughly the price of the fetches that I want.

Wow, that is incredibly juvenile. You cannot build a good reputation with practices like that. I don't know how he is planning on continuing trading like that if he tries to gouge everyone in that fashion. Thank you for the heads up.

What would you sell the Steam Vents and Overgrown Tomb at (combined)? Also, any chance you'd sell the 2x Grove of the Burnwillows and 4x Birthing Pod?
The steam vents and overgrown tomb are difficult because I expect them to rise. But based on current ebay prices I would sell them at $15. The groves are selling at 15, so I could do 14 each on them. And the birthing pods are a set signed by daarken, so that changes the value a bit. It looks like they are going as a set for 14, but with the signature I would want to get 16 out of them.
All told that adds up to $59, but because I like you I could sell for $55. <- Look I did the haggling for you!

Pricing was just a huge lot I was looking at on ebay, and I was trying to figure out what the whole thing was worth to see if it was a reasonable deal. Primal surge is one of my EDH decks and I am not looking to take that apart.
I posted a list of stuff from my keep binder that I have been holding onto with the plans of building decks. If you make a good enough offer I mightbe willing to come off of some of it.
