I wouldn't leave neutral feedback because really, not having DC on an item can only hurt the sender.
If you go the cards in the condition that you agreed upon in a timely manner, I would always leave positive feedback. The feedback system, like eBay, cannot be changed, and it's not use tarnishing someones record over something so minor that has nothing to do with the actual cards.

I've posted this over on the Reddit Trades subforum, but figured I should post here also.
I have for trade the following:
(1) Unopened FTV: Realms. I'm looking for a Maze of Ith from The Dark + $60-$100 in other card value. FTV: Realms has an approximate purchase value of $120 on SCG (though they are sold out at this price).
(3) Revised Savannah. (2) Near Mint ~$90SCG and (1) Slightly Played ~$80SCG.
(3) Revised Bayou. (2) Near Mint ~$80SCG and (1) Slightly Played ~$70SCG.
For the dual lands there are semi-specific cards I am looking for. (1) of each of the follow: Polluted Delta, Flooded Strand, Windswept Heath, Plateau and Tundra. I am willing to trade these down to some extent as long as cards offered are on my wishlist and contain at least one of the above cards per dual land you are trying to obtain.
I also have some other notable cards such as 3x Survival of the Fittest, Sword of War and Peace and 2x Academy Rectors for trade.

I am getting out of constructed Magic and building myself a Cube.
Up for trade are 3x Savannah, 3x Bayou (all Revised).
Of course I also have other items such as an unopened FTV: Realms, 3x Survival of the Fittest, 3x Recurring Nightmare and other goodies in my Tradelist / Inventory for trade.
I'm looking to gain value. I'm going to be very blunt about this.
Many of the cards in my wishlist are sub $10 and not ever going to be worth more than they are today. Dual lands are going to keep rising ad infinitum.
Make me a competitive offer for whatever it is you're looking for.
I'll get some pictures of the Savannahs, but here are the rest.

I ordered the last one of twenty my LGS is going to receive for $40 plus tax. I assume that is either MSRP or near MSRP.
We still only know six cards correct?
They said they actually had a hard time selling all twenty because people didn't want to guess on eleven cards. Took them two weeks to pre-sell their allotment.

There is something wrong with how cards are being sorted.
When I click my demonic tutor it takes me to the foil DCI version on TCG player. For my Underground Sea it takes me to an Unlimited version rather than revised.
They are throwing the prices off majorly.
