That's what I thought until one of my recent trades. I'm out a Snapcaster because of it.

On the whole, this still covers your bum a whole lot more than sending WITHOUT delivery confirmation.

This is also why I ALWAYS print my mailing label with Paypal. For $1.69, you'll have tracking information, so there can never be a dispute about if a card was delivered or not.
