I was taking a look around at decks that are floating around, and took a liking to this area, and threw together parts that I liked of each. Considering I have never truely "played" a control deck, I am unsure of if this is a worthy list of using. Seems like blue helps a bit more for control, but it seems like this can deal with things when they are on the board. All in all, not really too sure about it and its numbers. Also a thing to note is that is has no sideboard aside from a thought of Tormods Crypt against Jace.

Been trying to find a deck for standard, and this is one of the ones I am working on, though I am not sure if it is strong enough, either is color, theme, or just as it is right now. Now one of the main things that I could think of is the lack of removal, but I would like to get any opinions upon this list:

I was digging through my cards and found Deadeye Navigator, and thought I would try to make a deck with it. Since it is rather pricey mana-wise, I tried to find a way of making it work. What I found was Reanimator pieces could assist, but I am not sure if they interact with Deadeye as I would like to think they do. Also, since it would be a rather slow deck, I pulled a bit of spell support from Twin Exarch in a possibly failed way. From what I see though, there still is a major issue with mana costs, and the spells may not support it too well. Not to mention the list needs slimming down, and a mana base. Any critiques are welcome, even if they involve shooting down the idea altogether!

Here is the List:

Well there is a rather large thing that may help when building a deck around a card, and that is using more copies of Nissa, Worldwaker so as to see her more often ( I would suggest a playset of her). The land base is the next thing that caught my attention, and it seems rather heavy for the amount of ramp you have, and I feel that Mana Confluence, Llanowar Wastes, Golgari Guildgate, and/or Overgrown Tomb could help to make getting both colors much easily compared to using the Evolving Wilds to help mana fix. And a creature that could help, and actually helps me quite a bit, is Sylvan Caryatid; Not  only does it give you either color for two mana, but it is pretty tough against early-game creatures, and is almost untouchable by opponents. Now if you are going the graveyard route, I would suggest using Satyr Wayfinder to put cards in your graveyard, and gets the lands you may need(sometimes), and paired with Roaring Primadox you will get to use it quite a bit. More cards that would go along with this path would be Grisley Salvage and Commune with the Gods, and they will get you something you want, then other things in your graveyard to work with, and you could even thow in Deathrite Shaman for even more utility. Alot of these cards I have given here will work together well, but they are better with the graveyard base, and may not work as well for an agro build, but if you are wanting more of an agro build I would say you should look into Polukranos, World Eater, since he is one of the more value-packed green creatures that is a lot of bang for your buck just being a 5/5 for 4, not to mention he has a very powerful ability.

All in all with the right cards you may be able to make a grave-aggro work out, but the closest thing I have seen with that, being a deck I run, it really isn't too aggro all of the times, but when it shines it can be quite aggro. With the current set-up I feel alot of the ideas may conflict with each other. But that is just from sheer observation, it could run much better than I see it.

Here is the list I am working with: https://deckbox.org/sets/744426

I primarly built it because of Hornets Nest, and used a little combo as the core of the deck and built off of it from there ( Hornet Nest + Setessan Tactics (along with an Aspect of Hydra to make the combination a bit stronger)). Currently it is still in the test cycle, and I have not playtested it aside from testing hands, so currently I cannot provide much information on how it runs since it is also still mostly proxied.

I've been playing around with it, and I am not sure what to do with it to "finish" it up. I am half tempted to wait till the next set comes out so that I can wait for some more options, but as it is now I am iffy on a couple spots:
Nylea, God of the Hunt
I like the trample for my creatures, and the 6/6 body is quite nice, but I feel like some other cards may fill the spot a bit better.

Hornet Queen is one of these cards since when it comes out, it brings 4 dt fliers with it for a total of 6/6 dt flying, and it seems great, aside from the 8 mana casting cost, though it may not be much of an issue for the deck to cast, let alone Chord of Calling for.

Soul of Zendikar
This card I like for its creature pump, my only problem is that I don't know if the creatures its pushing out are relevant compared to what the deck is doing, and applying pressure.

Soul of New Phyrexia
Pretty awesome card for the indestructable effect, but I am not sure if running it just for that is enough to justify the spot over another card.

Another part of the deck I am working with is the mana, where as I have black splashed in for Thoughtseize. I have used this card as a sideboard card for another one of my decks that runs Elvish Mystic, and when the Mystic isn't cutting it, this card picks up the slack, but with a mono-colored deck it has its drawbacks to being included.

I've picked an awkward time to build a post ravnica rotation deck, but there are lots of pieces available to use currently that mesh together well. I am open to hearing any opinions on it, even if you think this list is no good, so bring anything you've got!
