(Modern) Combo combinations

I was digging through my cards and found Deadeye Navigator, and thought I would try to make a deck with it. Since it is rather pricey mana-wise, I tried to find a way of making it work. What I found was Reanimator pieces could assist, but I am not sure if they interact with Deadeye as I would like to think they do. Also, since it would be a rather slow deck, I pulled a bit of spell support from Twin Exarch in a possibly failed way. From what I see though, there still is a major issue with mana costs, and the spells may not support it too well. Not to mention the list needs slimming down, and a mana base. Any critiques are welcome, even if they involve shooting down the idea altogether!
