Per the site rules: If the seller is unable to complete a transaction, they must notify the buyer and cancel the transaction. If the buyer already submitted payment, the seller must issue a full refund. Sellers are encouraged to keep proof of any refunds in the event a dispute arises.
Buyers are able to leave negative feedback for canceled purchases.

I don't think anybody is actually saying that the other trader knew it was bad, just that no matter what a counterfeit like that needs to be taken out of circulation. Anything else beyond that is something that could only be taken at the person's word
Not sure why you would send the card back to them. Did you at least write "fake" on the card so that they don't have the chance to try and trade it again. I know you're giving them a chance, but still better to not take any chances. Chances are they knew it was a fake since a few signs point to it.

It does, simply enable the "Decks Count" from the Columns dropdown in the deck listing. Then you get a number, and clicking that shows the deck panel with all your decks with that card.

My advice though, never use deckbox for pricing. It is usually way off and I just do all my trades using TCG pricing.
Unfortunately Sebi is the only person that works on the site, and besides basic maintenance and updates, he almost never interacts with forums. You can always try emailing him.
