i have no problem with foreign cards at all, for foils it mainly depends on the price (aka a foil stone-forge mystic is way to much of a price difference)

depending on what kind of thing you want to do with the deck i have some stuff. some of the things i have are consecrated sphinx, some of the shocks, purphoros, spelltwine, rite of replication and some other stuff
