I have tons of foils and promos that I'm looking to get rid of. Mainly interested in getting shocklands but I'd be happy to take a look at your tradelist to see if we can work something out. Just start up a trade discussion if you're interested.

Notable foils/promos include:

2 Restoration Angel (Foil)

2 Hero of Bladehold (Promo)
1 Parallel Lives (Foil)
1 Sun Titan (Promo)
2 Sun Titan (Foil)

Thanks

I've updated my tradelist with all the foils and promos that I wish to trade. Take a look and start a trade discussion if you're interested. I'd be happy to go through your tradelist to see if we can work something out.

Thanks!

SCG has it listed for $29.99. Looking for Deathrite Shamans but am open to offers. Thanks!

Most of my foils are available for trade as well.

Please send offers if interested. Thanks!

I've noticed that some prices do not correspond to the prices on TCG. For example, Jace, Memory Adept shows up as $8.77 but its average price on TCG is $17.85. This greatly affects trades and I've seen some people take advantage of this discrepancy.

Love the new update! Noticed a bug though. When I try to click the scroll bar of Edit Details to scroll down, it causes the window to disappear. I'm running Safari 5.1.7 on Mac 10.6.8

Also, I just updated my wishlist so that cards have specified editions. After doing so, for some reason, people who used to have cards I want no longer display so. For example, this person showed having 23 cards from my wishlist. I entered specific editions and this person no longer has any cards for me. I checked his tradelist and he has specified edition as well.

Thanks for all the hard work!

I know otherwise.

Registered mail is as you say, but if you want tracking for anything larger, you have to send it as a small parcel and ask for it. Don't skip out and try to put stamps on yourself; take the package and address to a real person in a real post office and have them weigh/measure everything and give you the rates with tracking. The cheapest I've seen is about $16 to the US.

Yeah, that's a lot for a small trade, but I am of the opinion that aggressively pursuing scammers for small trades is it's own protection. If I'm shipping you $10 worth of cards and you rip me off, I'm only out $10 but you'll be prevented from ever trading on the site again, which doesn't seem worth it. On the other hand, if I'm sending you $100 worth of cards, it's totally in my best interest to pay for tracking.

Thank you for your reply. $16 seems reasonable for trades of considerable value. I still agree with rfioren about trusting long time members with flawless reputation.

+1 to rfioren

Canada Post is not too kind when it comes to DC. As far as I know, the cheapest way to get DC is to use Registered Mail which is an additional $8.25 within Canada and $14.50 to the U.S.A. and internationally. That's if it's lettermail. If you use a bubble mailer, it qualifies as Oversized lettermail and tracking is simply not available. So, if DC is required that would eliminate any small trades due to cost and larger trades requiring bubble mailer don't even have the option. These rules would basically prevent me from trading.

If anyone knows otherwise, I'd love to know.

Fantastic job on the new site! Happy to see that with all these improvements, the site still looks nice and simple.

I have one request. Instead of marking all cards available for trade, would it be possible to mark cards that you have a certain amount of? For instance, I would like to trade cards that I have at least 1 playset of. It would be great if I can set that up easily.

Thanks for all the hard work. Looking forward to the new site!

I can see how you would want the filter to sort through ownership traits instead of what sets the card was printed in. On the other hand, that would make it inconsistent with how the exact same filter works when you're searching the card database. What's more, how would it work if you didn't enter any card details when you added the card to your inventory?

I believe the users who posted their concerns here have all entered card details. Or else the issue wouldn't really be applicable.

Point is, for users like myself, I'd much prefer to filter through ownership traits. There are many resources you could use to find out whether or not a certain card is printed in a certain set. The purpose of using this site for me is to keep track of my collection. If I search for M12 cards, I would like to see the cards that I own in M12 and not any M11 cards I own that also happen to be printed in M12. Perhaps the database search should have different filters than your own inventory search.

This is also an issue for me. The filter includes cards that are also printed in the edition you search for, even if you don't actually have the card in that particular edition. Yes, this still occurs even if you specify the editions for all your cards.

Deckmasters (copyright 1993-2001) is also missing.

I was just wondering if there's any word on the exporting issue. I don't know if anyone else is having trouble exporting with "Details", "Rarity", and "Price" selected. It has not worked for me despite many, many tries.

Thanks,

I'm loving the export feature but it's been giving me a tough time. When I select "Details" only for export options, it downloads within the minute. When I select "Details" and "Price", it downloads in about a minute. When I select "Details", "Rarity" and "Price", nothing happens. I've waited for more than 10 minutes for it to start downloading but nothing happened. I've tried multiple times without success. Also, it would be great if there was some kind of progress bar or something to show us that something is actually trying to happen.

I wish this request would be seriously considered.

As we all know, collecting MTG cards can be a major investment. If someone knows my username, they are able to see everything we have stored at home. We are not home all the time and worry about security. There are certain people who i do not wish to see my entire collection.

I think privacy options should be available to us.

The export is fantastic! Took less than 10 seconds. Quick and easy. Thank you very much!

Just one thing, the cards that show up as having $0.00 value here still show up as 0 in the export. This greatly misrepresents the actual total value of the collection. Is there any way to fix this?

Again, thank you for your hard work. Deckbox.org is amazing!

Also, I've noticed that there are several high-value card's being listed as worth $0.00, but when you click on them, the data is on TCGplayer.

Ditto. The total value of my collection is incredibly off because of this issue.

I would also like to be able to sort by Set/Edition. The best method right now is to go into Edit Card Details and manually count the number of cards per set. Depending on how many cards you've entered and the order that you've entered, this task can be rather frustrating.

If there's a way to sort the Edit Card Details page, that would be superb. Or any other quick way for us to tell how many cards we have in each set.

Love this site, cheers.

I also vote yes for the ability to export. That would make this site even more useful than it already is.

Thanks to all the hard working people at deckbox.com!
